The School of Police Staff and Command provides upper-level college instruction in major topics including: Leadership, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Organizational Behavior Applied Statistics, Planning and Policy Development, Budgeting and Resource Allocation.
As a progressive organization the Muskego Police Department prides itself on providing advanced training opportunities for its officers, and each of its administrators and supervisors receives university-based instruction in the areas of Police Training, Management Training and Executive Development.
Lieutenant Rozeski is a thirteen year veteran of the department. He is currently assigned to Late Shift as the shift commander, and is a team leader with the Suburban Critical Incident Team.
