Annual Road Improvement Project

General Information

The City completes annual road improvements throughout the City based on existing roadway needs. The current annual budget for the roadway improvement project is $750,000. Every road in the City is evaluated every other year and assigned a condition rating that is then used to help establish priorities. There are many factors that are involved when determining roadway rehabilitation procedures and priorities.

2021 Project Information

Road Program update - July 7, 2021

  • Wentland Drive, Simandl Drive, and Maple Court finished

Lake Meadows Subdivison (New Construction Schedule – Weather Dependent)

  • Monday July 12th :  Milling begins 
  • Monday July 19th: Pavement begins
