Electronic Recycling

Electronics such as computers and accessories, printers, fax machines, VCR and DVD players, TVs, and cell phones are now banned from landfills in Wisconsin under the statewide E-Cycle Wisconsin program. Drop off for these items at the Advanced Disposal Emerald Park Landfill is free to Muskego residents at the hours listed below. Should you wish to instead have your electronics picked up curbside for a fee contact Advanced Disposal at 262-679-0860.

The City of Muskego has also joined a Waukesha County cooperative that will offer monthly collection events for electronics and appliance recycling. Events are open to all Waukesha County residents and are held in various communities throughout Waukesha County.  Two of these events will be hosted in the parking lot of Muskego's City Hall in 2018, on Saturday, May 12th and Saturday, September 8th, from 9:00am to noon. The Village of Mukwonago will be hosting an Electronics and Appliance Recycling Event Saturday December 8th from 9am to Noon.  This event is open to all Waukesha County Residents. For more info, please click here.
